About Us ─
The name “Bantu” represents a diverse ethnolinguistic grouping of approximately 400 distinct native African ethnic groups, for whom community and collaboration are key.

Peter Muzariri
Originally born in Zimbabwe, Peter relocated to New Zealand at a young age, where he completed his education. He graduated from The University of Auckland with his Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws (Honours) double degree. He was subsequently admitted to practice law in New Zealand before relocating to Australia, where he was admitted to practice law in Victoria and registered as a practitioner of the High Court of Australia.
Peter is a corporate lawyer with a range of experience and expertise in banking and finance law, corporate and commercial law, property law and development, and investment / wealth management.

Australian Company Services
We provide a range of services to Australian companies, including company registration, corporate governance and secretarial services, and resident director services. We are a registered agent with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), meaning we are able to assist Australian companies with their ASIC and Corporations Act compliance obligations. We also assist non-residents with registering companies in Australia.
